Jungler main/ secondary top LF team, low elo to mid tier

I am a player whos been playing since the beginning of season 4 and I'm looking to be on a ranked 5's team. my weak spot is solo queue and I shine best in the 5's team and premade teams. I was gold 1 last season when it ended and sadly I shot myself in the foot this season in ranked and earned a rightful spot of S4. I am available throughout the day for I work the early morning shift at ups each weekday from 3-9 AM EST so I'm only up until about 9 PM EST on the weekdays. I consistently play Lee Sin, Vi, olaf, kha, and j4 well. For top, I play a lot of shen and can play any other bruiser/tank/fighter very well. I'm able to learn other champs and work around a team. I am a very strong shot caller, I am passionate towards a team and very focused on what to do next rather than gloom on what went wrong. I like assessing the games after and having a team discussion on what went right, what we need to improve on and how to improve before playing another game. I am very sociable and talkative and am an active player on the roster.
