Looking to get into ranked 3v3s

I am a decent leaague player and have decided to give the famed 3v3 a try. I am decent at it but am very unaware of smart plays and rely heavily on simply mechanically outplaying my opponents. Would love to get a team to play with and just run through some fools. Comment below and I'll add you.
