I am level 30 now in this account (I have a LAN account) and i am looking for someone who knows how to play and can help me with the 10 first games at ranked. Just a partner who doesnt need microphone to play.

Your partner is probably better if he only plays one lane. Your first 10 games won't matter much, you will probably get low Silver. So just play them out, but a friend is always nice.
