Trying as a coach for lower elo players

I have some comps designed and i want to see if they are effective. Former Gold 3 player but set into silver 2. LF all positions must be at least silver 4 and at most silver 1. Require Skype and at least good time schedule for the WEEKEND. Not first come first serve if two players are going for 1 role the better player will get the role. Shot calling skills is not a must but always a nice attribute. IGN: AIT Hamster
