3 Platinum players looking for an already established team

Me and 2 of my friends are looking for an established team to be on. I play Top/Jungle, my friend plays Mid, and the other plays ADC. Us 3 have been playing with each other for a while now and we want to stick together to improve and play together. If anyone is interested in us as a trio, please comment below or add me in game; us 3 won't be making our own team, we again are looking for an already established team.
