I'll help by saying you need a lot of practice, and climbing that much isn't really possible unless you are a smurf. Begin by trying to get to silver and proceed by steps. Stop thinking about the ranking and start thinking about your ability to play the game. Watch your replays, a lot. Most mistakes that you are doing are easily spotted by a little step back from the game.

Hey man no offense but if you are in bronze 2 and can't get out you should play normals practice play styles and ward. You also need to find out when to go back how to poke. By the time you get in gold you will lose every lane you play because they have the concept of poking and dodging down. Even if your support if you go to farm up the line ey will get free poke and win early trades although my rank says b4 I haven't played ranked since the beginning of s5 I've learned things from my plat friends I may be able to pass down. My game doesn't reflect my knowledge in certain lanes
