Gold 3 Support Main Looking for SERIOUS Gold+ Team

TL;DR: I'm a support with plenty of ranked 5s experience, and am looking for a serious team to play with regularly.

Alright, so currently I'm Gold 3 in Solo Queue. Last season I was living in Asia, and peaked at Diamond 3. I have a lot more experience in a Ranked 5s setting though as my ranked team in Asia made it to Diamond 2, and I spent more time grinding Ranked 5s over Solo Queue. I played on Garena in Asia, and I know that being on a diamond team there doesn't really translate well to NA; however, our team did have one top ranking challenger player on our main roster at the time so maybe that counts for something.

Champion Pool:

I prefer to play "supporty" supports, not that strong on tank supports...Yes I can play them, sometimes rather well, but I wouldn't say I'm consistent on them.

3. Lulu
4. Soraka

(Can play these, ranked in no specific order. Although I don't play them as well as those above) 5. Nami (Trying to get my Nami skills better, my favorite in this second section of my champion pool) 6. Annie 7. Morgana

(I can play these, just pretty inconsistent, as I haven't had much practice on tank champions recently. Pretty much stopped using tank supports post season 3.) 8. Leona 9. Braum 10. Alistar

Here in NA, I've been trying to find a team to play with. I've found a few, but we rarely play...maybe 2-3 games per week if even that. i'm looking for a team that's on whenever around the same time that I'm on and is looking to prioritize Ranked 5's over Solo Queue if we're all on together.

Currently my schedule for play is as follows: GMT-7 (Mountain Time) Monday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Tuesday: No Time Wednesday: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM Thursday: No Time Friday: 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM Saturday: All Day (8:00 AM - 10:00 PM) Sunday: All Day (8:00 AM- 10:00 PM) Obviously my times are subject to change in case something comes up, but this schedule works as a general idea.
