Creating a SERIOUS Competitive Ranked 5's Team With Me as Coach

Hey everybody, I am looking to create a competitive ranked 5's team and operate as the **coach **of said team. I will be hand picking applicants and having a small interview with them, as well as tryouts and scrims against other teams.

Things I'm Looking For 1.) Atleast Diamond V in Soloque 2.) Understanding of current Meta 3.) Basic understanding of the strategy in professional league of legends (since it is vastly different that soloque). 4.) Microphone.. Obviously 5.) Time/Dedication 6.) Way to view replays aka REPLAY.GG 7.) Someone who has their ego in check. By far one of the more important things. 8.) Sufficient understanding of your role along with expertise in matchups (like one or two is fine).

A Little About Me, And Why You Should Be Interested In Joining I've had a relatively long career in competitive gaming, starting from Halo 3, and moving to Starcraft and now League of Legends for the past 4 years. I have been studying the competitve aspects of the game for almost a year now, and along with some soloque here and there, I've climbed to a point where I understand the mechanics of the game, limitations of champions, power spike timings, rotations etc etc... I have had experience being a coach in the past for an organization, and I understand the concept of team play and what must be done in order to keep a healthy team envirionment. I am looking to make this as serious as possible, for people who believe that they are ready to try their hand at becoming a professional gamer. I will be the one to guide and facilitate that growth, and with lots of hard work from both ends hopefully reach our goals.
