Need more for fresh ranked 3v3 team

a few teammates and i are forming a new ranked 3's team. In season 5 the team we were on was gold 1 and we are looking to at least get back to that rank, but preferable higher. We need a few skilled players who are knowledgeable in regards to the game mode. We would prefer that you are online often but we all know real life comes first. Outside of that there are only two main requirements: 1. you must have teamspeak, as communication is crucial. 2. you must be able to PULL YOUR WEIGHT. in 3s, each player must be able to hold their own and fully contribute to the team.
