A Gold 5 Looking for a ranked team that's going for Gold-Plat

I'm looking for a gold 5 - Plat 5 ranked 3v3 or 5v5 teams. I main jungle, but I can do ADC or Support. I'm looking for a team that can play as a team and work together, that know when and how to ward. I would also like if the team would be nice, and not toxic what-so-ever.

Jungle: Xin Zhao, Vi are my mains, but can play other Junglers as well. (Warwick, Udyr, J4) ADC: Lucian, Graves, Cait. Siver. Support: Leona. Morgana, Blitz.
