Silver 2 Top/Support looking for 5's team

I want a team that actually plays, not just has 1 or 2 practices before disbanding or becoming inactive. I can be a sub. My best top laners are and my best supports are , though I am working to expand my champion pool of each. I have skype and curse voice and play at night EST. Also, I am taking a 10 day vacation this friday.
