plat 5 and climbing jungler/adc LF team

I am currently plat 5 in soloq and climbing mostly playing jungle and adc, I play mostly thus far in the jungle with a bigger champ pool, and as adc. I am currently at zero games played in flex que but was plat 2 in preseason in flex. I am mostly looking for a group to flex que with, but will consider certain individuals to duoq with.
