ADC Main Looking for Team to play with

I've got a lot of experience in league in just about every role except jungle and am currently playing a lot of ADC which consists of Corki, Tristana and maybe Sivir if the comp is right. Unfortunately Gold elo seems to be pretty random in the games I've played and either my team throws or I'm able to barely hold the team together until a good play is made.
