Starting a plat+ 3's team to grind up to diamond

Looking to make a ranked 3's team to hit diamond by the end of the season. I play almost every night later on in the evening, usually around 9pm - 2am est time.

Experience playing ranked 3s: I made a team with two silver friends in S3 and got to gold 1, I had a team that hit diamond 4 but the captain kicked everyone right before the seasons end. In season 4 I have hit gold 1 after going 5/0 4 times with low gold players, though every team has been disbanded from people not playing, hence the reason for me starting this team.
