Gold 5 Jungle/Support main LF Ranked 5s team, or Duo. Pref Gold+

Looking for a team to do ranked 5s or duo with, just like title says.

Main Junglers: Vi, J4, Panth, Amumu, Sej Main Supports: Nami, Sona, Leona, Braum

Played on a semi-serious ranked 5's team in Season 4. Had about 60 games played together so I have some experience as far as the ranked 5's environment.
