Looking for a team or a coach

Hi I have been playing since mid season 3 and recently I feel like I have hit a wall in my climbing and skill. I was wondering if there were any teams or coaches or players around in high plat or diamond elo to help me figure out what I am doing wrong and improve my game play so I can climb ELO. I have good knowledge of the game and champions and such I just need help with matchups, decision making and strategies. Add: RealLifeSnorlax if you think you can help me out.
