Plat player looking for LOW ELO team to coach/ train

I'm looking for a team of silver-gold players to train up and help get better at the game. I'm solid at shotcalling and map rotations. I am available most weekends and almost every evening. Why am i doing this ? I just want to help other climb. I used to be bronze and silver so I know what it takes to get better. What elo am I ? Plat 5 but this elo is garbage. What makes me thing Im qualified ? I'm an experienced shotcaller with good ingame knowledge. I know the bot lane like the back of my hand, I'm also solid at jungle and mid, but my real expertise is the rotations and controlling the pace of the game. I'm willing to help established teams and teams that have yet to be formed. As long as the owner/ captain is serious then so am I.
