Hey everyone! So, through several attempts of searching for a team and coming up empty handed due to not being able to find a team practice schedule that can compliment my possible daily life schedule. So, I have decided to go ahead and attempt to create my own team.

The things I am looking for with creating this team are as followed:

  • I am not concerned about what elo you are currently in. Some of us have great intentions of winning and trying to help our fellow summoners on the rift but, unfortunately sometimes that is just not enough. So personally, I would rather see how you run in a game and how you mesh in a competitive, fun, and team environment.
  • You must always play to win! Even though we are all here to have fun and enjoy our time playing, the only way to progress forward is to win.
  • You must be ready to accept constructive criticism. As a team, we are here to help each other grow. I am a believer that a team is only as strong as the weakest link. Therefore we have to push each other. We have to build together, work together, help each other, and most important, support each other.
  • We are here to make a team! Therefore, during the times that we are not in mandatory practice, please try and play with your fellow teammates to continue growing the team chemistry. I know that we may not always want to, or we may be playing with other friends or family but, at least attempt to message your teammates and see what they are up to and if they are up for a game or few. It will help in the long run. I promise!
  • Maturity is huge! I don't really want to put an age limit on this team because I know I have played with some good players that are as young as 16-18 years old. Therefore, all I ask is that you have a sense of maturity. Please respect your enemy and your teammate. There is no need for senseless shit talking, be humble in defeat and in victory, and please refrain from pointing the finger. Regardless of who's fault it is because it affects all of us. The only thing we can do is work as a team from that point on to try and overcome the new and current challenges.

Team chemistry is everything! I am here to build a team that is ready to work together and progress.

Now let's get down to business!

There will be two mandatory practices each week and the rest of the week will be flexible.

  • Wednesdays 6PM - 10PM central time
  • Thursdays 10PM - 12PM central time
  • Like I said, the remaining 5 days of the week will be up for debate and highly flexible. Once we have the members of the team, we will communicate amongst ourselves during Thursday practices to see if we can schedule any other times for the upcoming week.

Note: While we are getting the team together, we will begin to follow this schedule starting today (9/17/15). Once we have all 5 members we will practice together performing normals so that we may learn how to play with one another. I will be honest when I say, I do not want to jump too quickly into ranked games. I do want to try and play some but, before we start, I want to establish chemistry as well as I want to make sure that we have members that are able to commit and make it to the practices. I want to avoid as much as possible, the typical play a few promos then back to square one or only play promos and then we lose people.

Note: I understand that things come up in life! That is why I want to know if you are able to exchange emails for communication purposes. Because to be honest, if there is no communication and you don't make practices, I will not hesitate to remove you from the team. I will not allow people to bring the team down due to absences or breaking any of the previous criteria that has been listed above! No disrespect to anyone but, I am here to move forward. Not backwards.

  • Strength: 60-90 CS per 10 minute. I know my matchups well. I know when I can fight and when I cannot. I am a decent shot caller but not the best.
  • Weaknesses: Sometimes I have bad tunnel vision. Sometimes I struggle to bounce back when I am put behind.
  • Can you commit to mandatory practice: Yes

  • Anything else you would like to share: I own almost all of the champs therefore, during team games it will be hopefully easy to trade amongst ourselves to hopefully better pick team chemistry against our enemies. I know my elo is not the greatest however, I am driven and ready to go. I also, can play any roll and have my main champs for each role. Therefore I am ready to fill for whatever the team needs!

If not are you willing to use it?:Yes I have it Strength:I ward a lot on supp and also on top I try to ward . I am able to play both tanky or even squishy supp. Weaknesses:I can get over aggressive at times. I can sometimes get caught when placing wards. If not are you willing to use it?: Never heard of it but wiliing to use it Strength: Good at hitting my stuns and knockups, really eager to learn and become a better player, love to communicate and happy to take constructive criticism so i can evolve and adapt. Summoner Name: Kaze no Kinzoku IRL First name (Optional): Blake Age: 17 How long have you been playing: since about mid season 2 Current Elo: plat4 Main role: i play all roles, though i have experience mid and adc on teams Top 3 Champs for main role: i'm very flexible with champion picks Do you use Curse voice? If not are you willing to use it?: I use curse Strength: Mechanically good (in my opinion) and good with criticism Weaknesses: occasional lag problems (nothing major) and i can tilt if i get behind Can you commit to mandatory practice: I can usually get on every day of the week but i wouldn't be able to make the thursday practice time Are you willing to work with a flexible schedule: yes, but like i said, the only nail in my time is the thursday practice, or specifically any time after 10 on weekdays If selected for the team, are you willing to exchange email for communication purposes?: sure Anything else you would like to share: I've played on some teams with those older than me (typically 20-25) so i'd say i'm mature enough to play with that age area, and i might not be able to make it to the thursday practice but i'm pretty dedicated, especially considering i love playing league with friends and play league a lot in general.
