LF a team that will take a bronze

I'm looking for a team that will take on a sup/adc bronze. Only been playing roughly over a year and not real serious until a couple of months ago. I can hold my own and am COMPLETELY open to teamwork and communication which you can imagine is scarce among PUGS.
