Hello summoners, Red Redemption Gaming (RRDG) is recruiting for a serious and active Gold-Plat ranked team. That being said, we will not tolerate immaturity, missed practices (if not mentioned in advance) and bad communication IN and OUT of game. A position will need to be earned through a primary application below, a verbal interview, and a formal try out. These tests will ensure that a solid team of 5 that can communicate well is formed. This is beneficial to all other members of the team, as not just anyone who applies will be accepted.

Some team requirements are: Gold-Plat Rank ONLY Microphone and Discord 3 practice days and 1 analysis day commitment per week

we are looking for people who can communicate, listen, be able to take criticism, and accept fault. We will only take mature players. No raging, no blaming, no tilting. Our leaders have past team experience and are dedicated to team play (the best way to play league!).

Learn from mistakes. Strong lane bully. Personal Weaknesses: Sometimes zone out others by being to focused. Easily gankable. Timezone (EST is preferred): Mountain Play style? (Ex. Aggro, Passive, Small trades, farming, diving, split pushing): Splitpushing Aggro, Small trades, Passive when i can't win lane and wait for jg gank if I can. Availability: In EST time- 8:00 pm- 12:00am Sundays and Saturdays free all day but can make other plans so forwarne me if yall want to play those days.

IGN: GTB79 Current Solo Q Rank: Gold V Past Team Experience: Managed team of masters and high diamond, was on a few times this season but no one else was willing to get serious Top 3 Champs: Kled, Nasus, Darius Worst Champs (in your role):Riven (Just cant), Personal Strengths: Can harass and deny CS heavily, but switch to safe/passive easily. Takes criticism as helpful Personal Weaknesses: Not the best at shot calling alone Timezone (EST is preferred): EST Play style? (Ex. Aggro, Passive, Small trades, farming, diving, split pushing): A mix of Aggro and passive using small trades, will split push if appropriate. Availability: Pretty much all day after 7:30 PM some days 3:00 PM

IGN: Rudeboy42zero Current Solo Q Rank: Gold IV Past Team Experience: I have been on 2 semi-serious ranked 5's prior Top 3 Champs: Rumble, Malphite, Wukong Worst Champs (in your role): Irelia, Kled, and Riven, I haven't put in the practice on those champs for mechanics or to trade properly. Personal Strengths: Have a positive attitude and accept constructive criticism, I play the game to get better. Personal Weaknesses: I need to learn how to control the waves of creep better and better warding. (clearing/placing) Timezone (EST is preferred): PST I am free most days Play style? (Ex. Aggro, Passive, Small trades, farming, diving, split pushing): Usually, it depends on the champion I am playing. With Rumble or Wukong I play more aggressively when I have the advantage. I push lane with Rumble more often, play more passive with Malphite. I tend to dive more with Malphite or Wukong, any Champion with good initiate or high burst. Always depends on the champion and whether we're better off extending the game or closing it out. Availability: I have class from 5-11 EST on Mondays and Wednesdays, 7-8:15 EST on Tuesdays and Thursdays, other than that I'm free.
