looking for coach

Alright going out on a limb here, i'm a Gold 1 ADC main, that really struggles with game knowledge are there any free coaches that just want to help out a fellow summoner. I am reletively new i guess you could say, started season 4 around Braum's release. I guess just leave a comment if you're down that's great if not, bummer. thanks :D
