Goal for team: I want us to strive for diamond, if not master+.

I would prefer all teammates to be diamond+

My best support champs right now consist of thresh, blitz, nautilus, janna, nami. I can do pretty much any support but maybe not lulu, karma, or zyra. I'm willing to stick to a team as long as you guys are willing to improve and move forward together.
