Looking for ranked team. 5v5.

I'm looking for a 5v5 ranked team because I love the competitive play, and I've always found ranked 5s more fun than solo queue, but that's just a personal opinion. What I'm looking for in a team is a friendly environment that is serious about ranked play, but also an understanding team considering the thoughts of everyone's schedule/time frame.
