B1 Supp looking to climb

Hey guys, I support with every/any champ, 6 years XP but got into serious ranking last year; finished Silver and have had tons of experience since then.

I've been trying to climb but I get good groups all the way to promos, then I get throws until I'm kicked back down. I've tried setting up teams, but I'm more of a 'support the shotcaller' than a shotcaller.

I also love jungling, theorycrafting and discussing strategies, hoping to find a good team to synergize with :) I use Discord a lot but I'm fine with all voice comms.
