Plat bot lane duo lf team

pretty much the title my friend and I are looking for a ranked 5s team we have been laning together for over 2 years the adc (vinditheus) am currently plat 4 but i have been as high as d4 this season ( i left the game for about 6 months and decay'd) my support (allstar3500) is currently plat 5 but has been as high as plat 3 this season We are looking for a team that will que 2-3 nights a week we have relatively flexible schedules. Please be atleast plat i realise we are both plat 5 at the moment but we are not interested in a team lower than that.
