LF Casual 5's team (Stable)

Looking for something... Sort of specific. I am bronze 2 according to solo, but if you catch me in mid I can play far better than a bronze 2, as with top in... some cases. (Mid is by FAR my strongest roll, and in a 5's team if I'm mid I doubt i'll get shoved top often.) Anyways. I main xerath, however i can play viegar, or galio in the mid position if need be, I can also play a select few other champs in the mid position if I absolutely have to, but Xerath will forever be my default. 54% win rate 5.65:1 KDA over the spread of 130 games as xerath this season. Anyways, i'd like to join a team for flex, preferably one with hopes of getting gold+ plat possibly. The team would require stability. I don't want something that's just going to fall apart in a week, or fall apart cause of a few bad games. I want next to no toxicity, or blame being thrown out at people during the game. After the game is over, we can discuss what went wrong where, but during the game if we have a whole bunch of "Why did you do that, that was dumb" stuff going on then it just dampers moods. I'd prefer the team to be of mixed genders? Sorry not sorry, but I enjoy diversity rather than 5 sausages. Too much testosterone can make for short friendships.
