Gold 3 Mid IF Serious Team

I am looking for a team that wants to improve together and is open to constructive criticism. This team should have scheduled practice and be ready to take them serious. I have a very open schedule so I can make almost any time any day. I can play most assassin's and control Mages, also willing to learn whatever the meta is and I am very open to learning new things for the team. I would like to state again that I want this team to be serious that means a lot of thought will be put into champ select and a type of comp we will be running and ready to analyse our victories as well as are defeats. I am no means expecting us to go pro I just love the analysis part of the games. I can't wait to start improving with you guys as a team.

PS I started the season playing Top so I can sup if our Top cant make it to a practices. Sometimes last minute stuff and come up so it is get to be a little flexible.
