Support main looking for a team or people to play with

Hello, I'm Mrpokelover and I'm currently Bronze Five in Season 6 because 8 out of 10 placements were 4v5's and I'm not skilled enough to carry that alone, so I was placed in Bronze five. Last season I was placed in Silver Four and I fell to** Silver Five**. I am currently looking for a team that can help me learn and excel in my team capabilities, and I believe that I can learn a lot from other players. My main champions for support are currently Thresh, Blitz, and Bard, but I can quickly learn any other champion if need be. I am available most days from around 3:30 PM Eastern Time Zone to around 11 PM Eastern Time Zone, later on weekends.
