Season 8 competitive team (tournaments, flex ect.)

Okay so here's how it is. New season starts in 2 days. My partner and I are going into season 8 with a competitive team. The only problem is we have not figured out a set team yet.

We both play a lot and we expect the same from you.

I'll list our requirements starting top down.

1) We are looking for someone who takes the game seriously.

2) Is down to earth and humble, BUT also is CONFIDENT about themselves and a great player.

3) As such, it's hard to determine skill level from rank alone so we will be using it as a baseline, when/if running games with you. With that said..

4) To tryout, you must be PLAT+ in either flex or soloq. Your number of games played this season will also be taken into account. If we see that you have not been as active during pre-season, we will not disclude you but obviously prefer active players.

5) Down to the team. I'll be running top, my partner adc. This is our preferred roles. So.. we are looking at potential jungles, mids, and supports.

6) Posts on this thread should look as follows. Try to keep it simple only including what you feel is relevant, such as experience.

7) This also needs to be said. We understand that as a competitive player you may also have prior experience with teams, tournaments, and ranks. We ask that you leave all that behind. If you are coming into this asking yourself, "are these players good enough to play with me?", you are coming in all wrong. Leave that attitude behind (and trust me we are). I.e no egos. With that said we hope to find the right skilled players for our team in their respective roles.

8) This is a tryout. As such, we are not looking to get into a fight with you about what to do or how to play. If we lose, be willing to play another. If we win understand that that does not guarantee a spot or another game. We may just want to run with another player. We are just looking for what feels right for the team.

We will be going through this and getting back to players everyday. I'll delete this thread when we have everyone set.
