I like your logo, and you have me interested. Are you the logo's designer?
Anyways, the logo tells me you're committed to this, but my only concern is you're Bronze V. I know you don't want to discriminate on ELO, but don't you think you should be at least somewhat serious in ranked singles FIRST (at the very least, silver level), before getting serious in ranked 5vs5's? I'm assuming you're the leader, so it'd make the most since for you to be shot caller, but that's a tall order for Bronze V.
Assuming you're not on a smurf account, I think it'd make more sense to structure your team around a casual atmosphere targeting Bronze-Silver players, then eventually graduate the team to "serious" status.
Also, be sure to list what communication you prefer (Skype, Raidcall, TS, Vent, etc.)
I have some first hand accounts that can surely say I don't play at a Bronze level, I know its a weird excuse but it's true, the teams in B5 are not ever any help, but I do prefer skype. Sorry for the late reply aswell I haven't been on lately do to school, but I'm fully committed to a team, and I'm ready to learn and play to the best of my abilities. I was the Logo's designer and had my girlfriend help on the final touches seeing as she can do digital art while I prefer pen and paper.
