Looking to create a Team

Raz here and im just trying to get some people to create a team to grow together and have fun and to do maybe like small tournaments in the future to see how it goes and all but the first part is getting like minded people and people that have good mindsets. So im here to look for people to Fill in the missing roles i need , im gonna be the Top laner so that means Mid,jungle,Adc,and support are open and honestly if i get a lot of people i will do a tryout to see who gets the spots , and of course i will have subs so you are welcome to stay as a sub if you dont make it in and everyone will get playing time it'll just vary cuz of people schedules. Im hoping for us to at least practice 3-4 times a weeks playing together and learning how we all play as a group, down below i will describe what i want in players and roles for the players . We also will be using Discord so make sure you have a mic. Everything can be fix through practice its just what i feel we should know for down below for the role we play

Jungle: Can play both styles or at least has one masterd, willing to learn and shot call some, Good decision making, knows how to ward as well

Mid- have knowledge on mid match ups have at least 3-4 champs your really good with and willing to learn all the mid champs needed for the team, good decision making as well

Adc- Doesn't have a problem playing all the adcs of course with exceptions, willing to learn adcs that we need, and overall has a good attitude and has a drive

Support- Good knowledge on ward placements, Decent champ pool needs to play both tank and mage supports , willing to learn everything needed and know how to shot call some as well.
