Former Diamond 5 Top Laner (Decayed) Looking for Team or Duo Que Partner.

I was Diamond 5 all season and then I quit for a couple months and decayed down to plat 2. I'm looking for a duo queue or a ranked 5's team as I am finding solo queue a little annoying at the moment. Please be at least plat. Thanks!
