let's build 2 teams!

Ok so im an adc main and im looking to build two teams there will be team 1 and team 2, we will all be looking to be caught up with eachother but i wont decide the teams by skill i would rather spilt all of us up instead of having just the really good people play on 1 team and have the other team not succeed, i would analyze 3 games that i would watch/ play with u guys and we could make 2 great teams and try to make it somewhere, im looking in the plat 5 plat 4 and the gold tier + the s1 and s2 area, we would scrim eachother and help us improve and become better, we could make swaps if necessary but i would like to go ahead and like you to make a post below asking for

Note: we will also have flex roles in case if player is not on, also i will be on team 1 as adc but will need a flex in case if im not on. Thank you and respond quick!! tryouts will be around all day today
