looking to join a team or learn

i havnt been playing league very long i use to be a hardcore wow player and have slowly crossed over for that reason i sometimes play lol like it is wow and use the wrong moving buttons or i fight like im in wow i play more during the day since i work nights just looking for a team or some people to help teach me how not to tilt or get snowballed
