Looking for people to play with in Ranked [LFG] EU

I am looking for some people to play with in ranked, I am silver 4 and i am always stuck with people that get mad really quickly, or the one person that mains 1 character and it gets banned so they grief. I have only avoided these people by playing with friends, although they are not on all the time and we never seem to have a 5 man.
