Coach lf Platinum/Diamond Ranked 5's Team

Hello fellow summoners,

My name is MmEeOoStyle and I am 21 years old. I have been playing the game since S1, have been watching stream/professional game for over a year and consider myself a good player as a Plat 2.

I have been the coach of a diamond/plat team before and want to gain more experience as a coach for a motivated team because I believe it's a place where I can do great with my game knowledge and I really enjoy learning more and more about league of legends so when I am missing some information, I take the time to learn it. I also really like to help motivated player to improve in their game which is why coaching is the way to go for me.

I am ready to put the time and effort to help players as individual and with the team. The team must be available to play at least 25 hours a week so that practices can be meaningful and that the team gets enough practice. They must also be ready to put time for their solo queue grind to practice their individual skills outside of the ranked 5's.

I live in the EST timezone and I can coach pretty much at anytime but prefer to be on from somewhere around 11 am to 1 am. I will be watching the games and be present to help answer questions before and after the game and help on specific aspect of the game if asked. I will also give advice that I feel necessary for the good of the team and players.

I wanna be clear that I want player who want to eventually get into tournament small or big and want to get higher 5's ranking than they actually are. Having fun must be part of the game but I am also looking for player that look for more than just a simple ranked 5's with friend. I am looking for a mature 18+, active plat/diamond individual player team. I need players that accept criticism and that don't get mad when playing. I also want player that are looking to IMPROVE. I want to coach players that are motivated and listen to what I bring to the team and I will always listen to what they have to say.

Also, i want a team that have been playing together for at least 3 weeks so that I know they know each other and don't have roster issue at the moment. Otherwise, the coaching process would be highly slowed.

P.S. I don't want there to be any surprise, I have an accent because I speak french as a first language, but I never had issues with being understood in English.
