Looking for a Team - Mid Lane

I am currently S1 I peaked at P4 before leaving to join the Army. I am looking to join a team that is constantly practicing or playing. I am recently getting back into playing but still need to work on my game knowledge as things have changed a lot. I play primarily and I am trying to buy more champs on this account just need time :)
