Hello everybody, I have decided to open a new team organization under the name Team Pandemic, I strive to get better at the game and achieve as much as I can and also try to go pro. With this team I will be looking for people with the same intention as myself, So if you are reading this and you cannot put in 5 days a week atleast please leave this thread. On the better note I will be having 2 teams under this organization as Pandemic.Red as the main team and Pandemic.Black as the brother sister team. The reason for this is when I get 2 complete full rosters I can get scrims between the 2 teams and I will get both teams to particapate in online tournaments. The way I am running this team is when we do not have a tournament to play in we will grind ranked 5s for chemistry and to get closer as a team, Remember this is going to be a longterm team but roster changes will be made if needed but I will settle for a roster for a long time if I like it so please just be on when you need to be and everything will be fine, If there is something going on and you have to miss a practice please let me know if you do end up making the team. Also for the recruiting portion of this thread I will just say I am looking for team players no super star carries please.I also do not want players who leave the team after a loss that will not be tolerated as we will grow as a team. I will be making a Twitter for this and I will hopefully ended up getting sponsers if I can. Role: ADC Pref, but Im a decent top/jg

Strengths as a player: Im good with positioning, and team fighting

Weaknesses as a player: I sometimes have a hard time balancing harassing and farming in lane

Champion Pool: Every ADC except vayne, for Top laners, I have Irelia as my main, then Trundle, Ryze and Vlad

Role: ADC

Strengths as a player: Experience. I have been playing the game off and on since before season 1 and after beta ended. I've now been playing my role (ADC) for 2 and a half years exclusively. I play 980~ ranked games last season, 800+ of which were adc games. Not counting the normal games i played. What I can bring to a team is knowledge of lanes and match ups. As well as someone who doesn't make stupid deaths very often ( I averaged 4.2 last year and 3.7 so far this year). On top of that I also have a cool head and will not rage.

Weaknesses as a player: My CSing is lack luster in games where there's fighting 24/7 I'm working on it.

What do you feel is the most important thing in your desired role you play?: Damage per game, and staying alive. These 2 go hand in hand, ny job as an ADC is to lay out massive amounts of damage / melt tanks and this is easier accomplished by not dying.

Do you have past team experience in any competitive play?: Yes, I've been on multiple teams but they usually dont an out. I would say on average the teams last around 20 games or so.

Are you able to play with team composition orientated champions?: If I don't already play the champion I can work on getting better at them.

What is the biggest thing you need to improve upon?: CSing, Im inconsitent. some games I'll have 90 at 10, other games ill have 50. I've noticed I typically have lower CS int he game where either 1) I'm super ahead so I'm forcing fights. Or 2) games where there is a ton of pressure bot lane meaning we're fighting 24/7.

Why are you interested in joining this team?: I like when a team actually puts effort intot heir posts. I hate the posts that just say " add me lets go" etc

I wouldnt even apply because this guy cannot take criticism. He says that he wants a large champion pool , bro I rather have 4 champions for each role and know the insides and outsides of them than play 10 champs and be so so at each. " I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times", and this is true at league ask any high elo person. Says that you require a lot of champs when all he plays is faceroll champs like katarina and loses. Do whatever you guys want but I am just warning you.

I hope that by joining this team, those around me can come to understand how I am as a player and I will do my part as well, in understanding how one plays, I truly think this team can succeed. My favorite channel is Protatomonster because of the top plays that they showcase (I stay updated with LCS the best I can and watch highlights of most games to take away bits and pieces of team work and winning. I am also receiving personal guidance from a high diamond player to improve my general knowledge of the game. I am currently a sophomore studying English, Japanese and Political Science (hope to travel abroad and teach in schools English). I feel like I have great communication skills and patience for this team.
