Looking to Create ranked 5s team for S6 Plat+

We have a mid, support adc and top already so just need jungle must be high plat+ to join. Once we have a full team we will talk about forming a play schedule that works for everyone. I was on a ranked 5s team last season and we managed to reach D5, while that goal still remains for this season I would like to climb higher and improve as a player even more.
