Top/Sup Main looking for ranked team

Was Silver last season, got b1 after a few flex games. Only available on weekends and can make self available on week days (I work 40 hours a week and go to college part time) i mostly play top but can support or go into a different lane I'm a filler type player. My tops include: Fiora, Garen, Cho gath, Illaoi, Trymdamere, Maokai. Supports: Leona, Morgana, Brand, and I'm currently training on my Zara. I love playing with a team and communication is key to victory. I'm decent when it comes to shot calling but am also very disciplined and will follow instructions to the letter. I have discord, curse, and Skype but I don't like using Skype because my Internet can sometimes go crazy with lag spikes. It's hard to find serious silver players much less bronze players but I'm a very serious player and want to climb.
