Looking To Create Serious 5's Team Plat+ Age 18+ Please!

hmmmm.... where do i start? i have been playing League of Legends since season 3, as that was when i got my first computer and i was instantly hooked. my favourite aspect of league was by far the competitive scene! Right when i was level 30 i dove head first into ranked, and immediately dropped to bronze 5 (I abstemiously refused to buy boots!) as the season(s) progressed i have grasped a much better understanding of the game and am currently in mid plat! i hope to continuously learn more and keep riding the elo train to challenger, but i know i have much to learn yet! Although solo que is so fun, and there's never and toxic people(tons of sarcasm intended) i want to shift my time into a ranked 5s team! As a potential team mate there is a few key skills that i would like everyone to already have, and we can work on the rest! the main skills don't necessarily reflect your in game skills. The main quality i need to have in my team are, a great mentality if you think you have any anger issues/ toxic behaviour don't bother applying, i also would like to take this team very seriously! (while still having fun of course) now here's where i get to know my future team mates, just fill put the questions below and ill add you if i think you will fit the team!
