Looking for a top laner to duo with Gold+

I main adc, In flex soloq I've been ehh, got placed gold 3 and have just been going back and forth. I play 10 solo/q placement games (I was plat 5 last season I mind you) go 7-3 and got placed SILVER F***ing 1.(THATS RIGHT BOIS SILVER) and I was like this can't be rito PLOX! Rito dumped the biggest turd on my face but lets not get off topic here. I need a top lane that will win lane 80% of the time. I need you to be able to poop on the enemy team as hard as riot games pooped on my face. Add me and lets get a talkin!
