LF plat+ players for team

I am currently looking for a platinum or higher support and adc/top laner for my team. We are looking to reform after a hiatus and want experienced players to help fill out our roster. We have our own community discord with other teams and players and look to maintain a consistent schedule with practice times, tournament entries, and weekly scrims against other teams.
