Silver 4 Peak Gold 5 and want someone to help me climb

Just wanna be carried enough to where my mmr is fixed, i only get 16 a game after being away in the navy, and want to get it back up. Like a smurf to carry me would be nice, lol, but just anyone who can help me get my mmr back.
