Ranked 5v5 Teams (are they going to stay?)

So, what's up with this? Teams 5v5 are still here, but you cannot enter a game selecting specific members of your team. Do you play against teams when you queue up with your specific team mates in dynamic queue? My friends still want teams 5v5 to be a thing, so just asking on weather or not they'll be deleted and you could only have created teams for Twisted Treeline 3v3, or will there be a specific queue mode for this.
