Looking for a coach or someone who can teach me more about the game

Long title, yes, I know. I'm honestly looking for someone who could or rather, would be willing to help teach me more about the game. After two years and finally getting to silver four, I've learned all I can from trial and error, I would be greatfull for anyone or anything people could contribute. I honestly want to get better at the game, but i can't do it on my own anymore, I need help if I'm ever gonna get better. Hence this post, I'm just wondering if there's anyone who could teach me, even tips or tricks would be enough in the comments, just something that's not my team flaming because I don't know what to do.
