Looking for players to join a team in a org

Hello, i am starting a team in a org and i want good players to join the team so we can reach diamond/master this season! This org is fairly new and for right now we don't have much but, for right now we just want to find players/nice people to join the org and start helping us expand our fan base. We are not all around league of legends we are on the xbox and other pc games.
