Need Ranked Team 5v5 or 3v3

Hey all reading this I need ranked team that will be friendly but play competitively. I am only 14 years of age but it doesn't mean that I am terrible at the game or I have no experience. I am able to download programs to allow chat through the team such as team speak etc... I main top mid or jung, welcome to also play supp or adc(but not as good). I also want a team that will be able to play regularly. The team also has to be able to speak English and play in region EU W. To message me either add me in game or reply to this message ty.
