WANTED: TEAM TO PLAY WITH OR COMPETITIVE TEAM NEEDING AN ANALYST

IGN: ThePonsterMenis Rank: S3&4 Silver; 4-4 in S5; I haven't played a ton of ranked. Role: Main Jungler, but will play anything with the right team

What I am looking for in teammates:

  1. Competitive, but with a laid back demeanor (we will never be professionals-- I already have a job; I play for fun but winning is the most fun you can have).
  2. Innovative - put thought into new things we can try
  3. Commitment - Willing to scrim, practice starting invades/ lane swaps, review game footage, grow champ pools, etc

About myself as a person: I started playing in ?2009?, but have never really enjoyed ranked solo queue -- a bit too much frustration for my liking, so I have mostly stuck to normals. As for personality, I am an extrovert - typically take the lead in most social settings - and normally I am the shot caller with premade teams. I am a business analyst as my day job, so I love looking at the math behind the game and discussing strategy from a philosophical point of view. I really enjoy developing maxims/axioms for decision making. I play between 20-30 hours a week and watch LCS/LPL for about another 20-30 hours a week.

We currently managed to get a coach and would not mind having an analyst to help him find and eliminate our problems. The team had improved since we got a coach who is getting us to focus a lot more.
