Creating a team for next season.

Hello, Im Shotgunsymphony, im Silver 4 In game and im looking to build a team during the offseason to prepare the for upcoming season. The goal is to build a team that can eventually play 5's ranked and climb for as high as possible. I understand that it can be difficult in solo que and id like to create a team of players who all work together with chemistry and practiced team work. i will be coaching the team myself. - the team will practice and play during the mornings, 9 am to 2 pm monday through friday. -must be willing to listen to coaching, we will be in the practice tool very often in order to practice situational play. -Must enjoy learning the game. a lot of what the team will consist of is practicing team concepts and game details. -cannot be toxic will not be tolerated, positive attitudes are encouraged.

• must be committed to team play, this is the most critical factor because team play will determine how successful the team is ultimately.
